Arbitrage On Google to make automatic profits You may have already heard the word arbitrage used in terms of financial markets. You may have even heard about arbitrage in sports markets. Whenever the same instrument is traded in separate markets, and the opportunity to buy and sell it at different prices exists, you have the potential for arbitrage. For example, the Bund futures contract used to trade both in London on LIFFE and also in Germany on the DTB. Although their prices would mostly be the same, there would also be times when they were out of line and this is when arbitrageurs would step in to buy at the lower prices and immediately sell at the higher price. More complex arbitrage opportunities occur between interest rate markets and derivative markets where a relationship can be synthesized and then arbitraged if the conditions are correct. Whilst securities & currency traders look for minute price differences in the instruments they trade, and sports-arbitrage traders lock-in profits caused by the differences of opinions of international sportsbooks, there is slightly different form of arbitrage which has emerged thanks to the search engine Google. Arbitrage on Google works by exploiting the differences between the costs of placing Adwords ads on Google and the income derived from displaying Adsense ads on your niche websites. It takes about an hour to set up a single niche website for this purpose and once it is running it can be left alone to generate your arbitrage profits on auto-pilot. Note, however, that this is not arbitrage according to its purest definition because the purchase and sale don't occur at exactly the same time. I started experimenting with this idea in February 2005 and found that my first site would generate about £0.80 per day fairly consistently (about $1.50). I know this doesn't sound like much but considering that it took less than an hour to create the page and set up the arbitrage - and considering that the page STILL produces daily profits - it was a great investment of time and effort. The next thing I did was to set up a new site with a different topic. I found that the results were pretty similar - so now I was making about £1.50 per day from my Google arbitrage deals (about $2.50). Then I went into manic-mode, creating and uploading 10-15 sites a day and my income started to increase dramatically. I now make it a point to set up one new site everyday. It takes me about 45 minutes to do this and the results are, frankly, amazing. Take a look at this screenshot of my Google Adsense income statement from April 2005 - just 3 months after I started this experiment.
I know, you're asking me: "Are you serious???" Well, Yes I am. And you can learn, right now, exactly how to replicate this system with as many niche sites as you care to set up. I've put together an ebook which takes you through the process in a simple step-by-step manner:
One stumbling block you might be worrying about is the technical hassle of setting up the websites with the correct formatting so that they look right. The first site you create has to be fairly comprehensive because this is the one which you will submit to Google for approval into its Adsense program. Until now, this step might have taken several weeks of gathering content before formatting it all into a cogent website. Well, don't worry about this. I have created some software which will do all of this for you automatically. (Actually, this software usually sells for £97 on its own, but don't worry because you're not going to have to pay for it). You can read more about this software over here but ignore the price because you won't need to buy it seperately. The next stage, once you have an Adsense account, is to set up your individual niche sites. Normally this would be quite time-consuming if you were going to create large numbers of sites but, again, I'm going to provide you with some software which will allow you to create these pages within minutes All you will need to do is copy and paste the article and the Adsense code into the software and your page will be created automatically in less than a second! All
of the software is included for you with the ebook I'll be releasing my ebook to the general public in two weeks for £97. Right now, the only reason you know about this is because you are on the exclusive mailing-list of my colleague, Jason Thompson from www.zero-risk-arbitrage.com. As a member of this
exclusive group, you can buy my ebook (you'll get all of the site generation
software as well) right now for just £47 (that's about $80) (If you don't yet have an account with Adsense, it will take 2-3 days before you will start earning as Google sometimes takes that long to approve applications. But once you have your account approved, you'll be set to go. The first step is to download the software now and generate your site)

Arbitrage
On Google: Frequently Asked Questions I don't know what Adwords or Adsense are. Can I still use the system? Adwords is Google's pay-per-click advertising system. The adverts are displayed on the Google website when a search for related keywords is made. You see these adverts on the top and on the right-hand side of the page. When a visitor to Google clicks on one of these links, Google charges the advertiser a fee and the visitor is taken to the advertiser's site. Adsense is an extension of Adwords. In this case, site owners can place some code on their webpages which Google uses to display relevant advertisments. So the ads are shown not just on Google's pages but across the network of sites which belong to the Adsense program. When a visitor to the site clicks on the ad, the advertiser pays Google a fee and Google shares this fee with the site owner. This system works by paying as little as possible for Adwords adverts. This is used to drive traffic to your niche site, which will contain Adsense adverts on it. When a visitor clicks your Adsense links, you receive a fee from Google which will be higher than the fee yu paid for the Adwords click. Once you understand this concept, you will be able to work through my ebook step-by-step to set up your Adwords and Adsense accounts and your niche websites. It's fairly easy. What is a niche site? It's a site whose subject matter is very focussed. Who pays you? I don't understand where the profit comes from. If you can make so much using this system, someone must be losing. Who? The advertiser pays Google and Google pays you a commission. However, since the advertiser receives a targetted visitor to his site he does not lose out because this is exactly what he wants. How do I get paid? Google pays out by cheque or direct to your bank account What other costs are involved in this after I buy the ebook? It is possible for you to work this system without incurring any further external costs and I explain in the ebook exactly how to create the sites, source the articles and host the pages for free. In some circumstances, you may choose to pay for hosting for your websites and I'll provide you with a list of companies which will charge around $5/month for this. How long will a site last before it becomes redundant or needs updating? Most sites do not require any maintenance after setup although you may decide to pend some time tweaking certain keywords if you feel that they are not performing adequately. You've shown your Adsense statement but not your Adwords statement. What were your outgoings compared to your income? I wanted to show my Adwords statement but this was against Google's Ts & Cs. However, my method involves me always bidding the absolute minimum for my Adwords and my average income per click on Adsense currently works out to about 8-9 times this amount Is it possible to lose money using this system? It is theoretically possible. For example, if I were to receive to receive 10 clicks on Adwords which cost £0.05 each and I only get 1 resultant click on Adsense, this would result in a £0.05 loss Your income seems to have jumped dramatically from when you started in February to April. How is this achieved if your sites only make £0.80 per day? This is because I started to set up a very large number of sites every day. I currently have over 600 and I continue to add one more to my collection each day. Why would you share this system if it works so well? Won't it work less well with lots of people doing the same thing? Given the billions of sites which Google spiders, I feel that it is impossible for any single person to corner the market. A couple of hundred other people using similar tactics around the world are unlikely to impact my results noticeably. How does Google's policy on affiliate advertising impact this system? You will not be an affiliate - you will be the owner of a website which contains content that is relevent to the keywords for which you are bidding Won't Google close this loophole down eventually? Since the activity actually increases their own traffic and revenue, as well as providing its users with relevant sites when they conduct their searches, I'm not sure what Google would do about it or why Does your page-creation software comply with Google's terms and condition? Absolutely. The software is just for page-creation and does not interact directly with Google in any way Can I pay for the ebook in dollars? Yes. Simply pay in the normal way and you will be billed in dollars - your credit card company will handle the exchange behind the scenes Can I pay by credit card instead of Paypal? Yes. When you go through the payment process, simply leave the Paypal checkbox unticked
